Marcy Singleton & Assoc. offers payroll processing along with preparation of quarterly payroll reports.  We prepare payroll on a schedule that works for each client.  We can prepare actual paychecks or direct deposit each of your employee checks into their individual accounts.  Along with the payroll processing, we submit all federal payroll tax deposits electronically.  Every business that has payroll must file quarterly payroll reports.  The payroll reports we prepare for clients:

  • Florida Quarterly Reemployment Return (Form RT-6)
  • Employer’s Annual Federal Unemployment Tax Return (Form 940)
  • Wage and Tax Statement (Form W-2 and W-3)
  • Form 1099 Misc for Subcontractors
